新型包皮环切吻合器治疗包茎、包皮过长的临床应用体会

Clinical application experience of new circumcision anastomat in the treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce

目的:探讨新型包皮环切吻合器在包茎、包皮过长治疗中的临床应用效果。方法:将84例包茎、包皮过长患者平均分为观察组和对照组各42例。观察组给予新型包皮环切吻合器治疗,对照组给予常规包皮环切套扎器治疗,比较两组患者的手术情况以及患者术后疼痛感知情况。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛感知情况显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:新型包皮环切吻合器治疗包茎、包皮过长手术时间短、术中出血少,且患者术后疼痛小,操作简单,适合基层医院使用。

Objective:To explore the clinical application effect of new circumcision anastomat in the treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce.Methods:84 patients with phimosis and redundant prepuce were divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each.The observation group was given new circumcision anastomat treatment.The control group was given routine circumcision ligation treatment.The operation conditions and postoperative pain perceptions were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time and the intraoperative blood loss in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The pain perception of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:New circumcision anastomat in the treatment of phimosis and redundant prepuce has shorter operative time,less intraoperative blood loss,and the postoperative pain is small,the operation is simple,it is suitable for use in primary hospital.
