血液灌流治疗见手青中毒的临床疗效分析

Analysis of the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion in the treatment of lurid bolete poisoning

目的:探讨分析血液灌流对见手青中毒患者的临床疗效。方法:收治见手青中毒患者42例,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组给予血液灌流联合血液透析治疗,对照组只给予血液透析治疗,治疗结束后比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组无死亡病例,对照组患者死亡1例,死亡原因与患者食用见手青后大量饮酒有关,其他患者在治疗前后内脏器官没有明显受损,相较于对照组,血液灌流联合血液透析可以明显缩短患者住院时间和透析次数。结论:血液灌流联合血液透析治疗见手青中毒患者是一种行之有效的方法。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion in the treatment of lurid bolete poisoning.Methods:42 patients with lurid bolete poisoning were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis.The control group only received hemodialysis treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:There were no deaths in the observation group after treatment.One patient died in the control group,and the cause of death was associated with the consumption of large amounts of alcohol after eating lurid bolete.Oher patients had no obvious damage to the internal organs before and after treatment.Compared with the control group,hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis can significantly shorten the length of hospital stay and dialysis times.Conclusion:Hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis is an effective method for the treatment of lurid bolete poisoning.
