针灸推拿配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of acupuncture and massage combined with traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨针灸推拿配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者120例,按照治疗方法不同随机平分为两组,单一治疗组仅行针灸推拿治疗,综合治疗组行针灸推拿配合牵引治疗,评估并对比两组治疗效果。结果:综合治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于单一治疗组(96.7%vs 78.3%),组间比较差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针灸推拿配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,效果优于单纯针灸推拿治疗。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and massage combined with traction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:120 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average according to different treatment methods.The single treatment group was treated with acupuncture and massage.The comprehensive treatment group was treated with acupuncture and massage combined with traction.We evaluated and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the comprehensive treatment group was significantly higher than that of the single treatment group(96.7%vs 78.3%),and the difference was statistically significant between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage combined with traction for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective,and the effect is better than simple acupuncture and massage treatment.
