甜梦口服液联合盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森轻度认知功能损害的疗效观察

Curative effect observation of Tianmeng oral liquid combined with memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in parkinson

目的:探讨甜梦口服液联合盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森轻度认知功能损害的临床疗效。方法:54例成人病毒性脑炎患者随机分为对照组(n=27)和试验组(n=27)。对照组给予基础帕金森病治疗加美金刚口服和降低颅内压、抗炎、脱水剂、激素等常规治疗,必要时使用抗癫痫药物;试验组在对照组基础上联合应用甜梦口服液。在治疗前、治疗后6、12周各做1次蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Mo CA)和帕金森氏病综合评分量表(UPDRS)评定。结果:两组治疗6、12周后Mo CA和UPDRS评分较治疗前均有明显改善,且试验组与对照组相比,评分改善差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甜梦口服液联合盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森轻度认知功能损害疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of Tianmeng oral liquid combined with memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in parkinson.Methods:54 adult patients with viral encephalitis were randomly divided into the control group(n=27) and the experimental group(n=27).The control group was given basic treatment of parkinson's disease and oral memantine,reducing intracranial pressure,anti-inflammatory,dehydration agents,hormones and other conventional treatment,the use of anti epileptic drugs when necessary.The experimental group was given Tianmeng oral liquid on the basis of the control group.Before treatment,6 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA) and the Parkinson's disease rating scale(UPDRS) were evaluated for 1 time.Results:6 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment,the MoCA and UPDRS scores were significantly improved than those before treatment,and the experimental group and the control group were compared,the scores of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianmeng oral liquid combined with memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of mild cognitive impairment in parkinson has a significant curative effect.
