痔疮术后采用自拟中药痔疾汤熏洗联合红外线治疗的临床研究

Clinical study of self-made Chinese herbal medicine for hemorrhoids combined with infrared rays in the treatment of postoperative patients with hemorrhoids

目的:研究痔疮患者术后采用自拟中药痔疾汤熏洗联合红外线治疗的临床效果。方法:收治痔疮手术后住院患者84例,平分两组。采用1:5 000高锰酸钾溶液进行坐浴并联合红外线治疗的患者作对照组,采用自拟中药痔疾熏洗汤联合红外线治疗的患者作观察组。观察两组患者治疗后疼痛、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果:治疗后观察组VAS、QOL评分与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组不良反应发生率分别为4.76%、7.14%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:痔疾汤熏洗联合红外线照射治疗对痔疮手术患者的预后起到促进作用,能明显减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of self-made Chinese herbal medicine for hemorrhoids combined with infrared rays in the treatment of postoperative patients with hemorrhoids.Methods:84 patients after hemorrhoid operation were selected.They were divided into the two groups.A 1:5 000 potassium permanganate solution was used for the sitz bath combined with infrared were selected as the control group.The observation group was treated with self-made Chinese herbal medicine for hemorrhoids combined with infrared rays for treatment.The pain,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the VAS and QOL scores of the observation group were significantly different from those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and control group were 4.76% and 7.14%respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal medicine for hemorrhoids combined with infrared radiation therapy plays an important role in the prognosis of patients with hemorrhoids surgery,which can significantly reduce pain,and improve quality of life.
