小儿手足口病超敏C反应蛋白和肠道病毒71型IgM的检验研究

Study on the detection of C protein and enterovirus 71 IgM in children with hand foot mouth disease

目的:分析超敏C反应蛋白水平(hs-CRP)及肠道病毒71型IgM(EV71-IgM)水平检验在小儿手足口病诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治手足口病急性感染期患儿62例作为研究组,选取同期健康小儿62例作为对照组,对比两组hs-CRP水平及EV71-IgM水平。结果:研究组的血清EV71-IgM水平和血清hs-CRP水平均明显高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿手足口病患儿的hs-CRP水平及EV71-IgM水平与健康小儿存在明显差别,可作为手足口病检测的诊断标准。

Objective:To analyze the application value of high sensitivity C reactive protein level(hs-CRP)and enterovirus 71 IgM(EV71-IgM)in the diagnosis of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods:Hand foot mouth disease in children with acute infection in 62 cases were selected as the research group,while 62 healthy children were selected as the control group.The levels of hs-CRP and EV71-IgM were compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of serum EV71-IgM and serum hs-CRP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hs-CRP and EV71-IgM levels in children with hand foot mouth disease were significantly different from those of healthy children,which could be used as diagnostic criteria for hand foot mouth disease (HFMD).
