护理干预对结直肠造口术后患者生活质量的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients after colorectal colostomy

目的:探讨护理干预对结直肠造口术后患者生活质量的影响。方法:收治结直肠造口术患者200例,分为研究组和对照组各100例。研究组给予优质护理干预,对照组不给予干预。对比两组患者的护理满意度、护理前后结直肠造口自我护理能力及生活质量。结果:研究组的护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的结直肠造口自我护理能力及生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可以改善结直肠造口术后患者生活质量,提高结直肠造口自我护理能力。

Objective:To discuss the effect of nursing intervention on the life quality of patients after colorectal colostomy.Methods:200 patients with colorectal colostomy were selected.They were divided into the study group and the control group with 100 cases in each.The study group was given quality nursing intervention.The control group was not given intervention.The nursing satisfaction,colostomy self nursing ability and life quality before and after nursing were compared between groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The colostomy self nursing ability and life quality of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can improve the life quality of patients after colorectal colostomy,improve the colostomy self nursing ability.
