预见性护理管理在感染科陪护中的应用观察

Application observation of predictive nursing in accompany management in department of infection

目的:探讨预见性护理管理在感染科陪护中的应用效果。方法:收治感染科患者85例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规陪护方法,研究组在对照组基础上给予预见性护理管理,比较两组并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:研究组并发症发生率4.6%,明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理管理在感染科陪护中能够有效降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective:To investigate the application effect of predictive nursing in accompany management in department of infection.Methods:85 cases of patients in department of infection were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given conventional nursing.The research group were given preventive nursing management based on the control group.The incidence of complications and patients' satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the research group was 4.6%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).The patients' satisfaction in the research group were significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of predictive nursing in accompany management in department of infection could reduce the incidence of complications effectively and improve the patients' satisfaction.
