外伤性颅内血肿患者的临床观察与护理对策

Clinical observation and nursing care of patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma

目的:探讨外伤性颅内血肿患者的临床观察与护理对策。方法:收治外伤性颅内血肿患者78例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:51例治愈,15例中残,8例重残,4例死亡。结论:对颅内血肿患者,早发现,早处理,积极护理干预,能提高手术成功率,降低死亡率,改善预后,提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical observation and nursing care of patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma.Methods:78 patients with traumatic intracranial hematoma were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:51 cases were cured.15 cases were moderate disability.8 cases were severe disability.4 cases died.Conclusion:For patients with intracranial hematoma,early detection,early treatment and active nursing intervention can improve the success rate of surgery,reduce mortality,improve prognosis and improve the quality of life of patients.
