摘要
随着环境污染和能源短缺的加剧,氨成为发动机理想的可再生无碳替代燃料之一。氨在发动机中燃烧存在速度慢和温度低的问题,因而需要引燃燃料,最好的无碳引燃燃料是氢。基于此,分析不同掺氢比的氢氨混合燃料的理化性能和燃烧特性,发现随着掺氢比的增加,混合燃料的低热值、理论空燃比及燃料总能量均减小;指示效率先增加后减小,平均指示有效压力逐渐减小。综合考虑,掺氢10%时有利于提高氨发动机的动力性和经济性。
With the aggravation of environmental pollution and energy shortage, ammonia become the engine ideal renewable alternative fuels of carbon free. Ammonia in the engine combustion has the problems of slow speed and low temperature, thus need to ignite the fuel, the best no carbon ignition fuel is hydrogen. Based on this, the physical and chemical properties and combustion characteristics of different hydrogen blending ratio of ammonium hydrogen mixed fuel were analyzed, results showed that with the increase of hydrogen blending ratio, the mixed fuel of low calorific value, theoretical air fuel ratio and total fuel energy decreased; indicated efficiency first increased and then decreased, mean indicated effective pressure was gradually reduced. It is considered that the hydrogen 10% is helpful to improve the power and economy of the ammonia engine.
