洛杉矶、伦敦大气污染成因与治理历程对郑州市的启示

Enlightenment of Causes and Treatment of Air Pollution in Losangeles and London to Air Pollution Control in Zhengzhou

针对河南省郑州市目前面临的严峻大气污染问题,通过回顾伦敦和洛杉矶2个典型城市的大气污染特征、成因及治理历程,对比郑州市的社会经济和污染物排放的异同,借鉴2个城市的经验和方式,为郑州市的大气污染防治提供经验参考。

Aiming at the severe air pollution problem in Zhengzhou city of Henan province, this paper reviewed the characteristics and causes of air pollution in two typical cities of London and Losangeles, compared the similarities and differences between Zhengzhou's socio-economic and pollutant emissions, and draw lessons from the experiences and methods of these two cities, to provide reference for air pollution control in Zhengzhou.
