倍他乐克治疗冠状动脉心肌桥的临床疗效和可行性探究

Clinical efficacy and feasibility of Betaloc in the treatment of coronary myocardial bridge

目的:探讨倍他乐克治疗冠状动脉心肌桥的效果。方法:收治冠状动脉心肌桥患者56例,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以倍他乐克治疗。结果:和对照组相比,观察组临床症状的改善十分显著(P<0.05)。结论:倍他乐克治疗冠状动脉心肌桥能够有效改善临床症状,具有有效性、安全性。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Betaloc in the treatment of coronary myocardial bridge.Methods:56patients with coronary myocardial bridge were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.Thecontrol group was given conventional treatment.The observation group was given Betaloc treatment.Results:Compared with thecontrol group,the clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol can improve the clinical symptoms of coronary myocardial bridge effectively,and it has the efficacy and safety.
