社区应用苯磺酸氨氧地平治疗轻中度高血压的效果探讨

Investigation on the effect of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension

目的:探究苯磺酸氨氧地平治疗社区轻中度高血压的疗效。方法:收治社区轻中度高血压患者180例,随机分成对照组和试验组。对照组口服硝苯地平,试验组口服苯磺酸氨氧地平。结果:两种药物均可降低血压,试验组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对轻中度高血压使用苯磺酸氨氧地平治疗效果更明显,药物安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of amlodipine besylate in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.Methods:180patients with mild to moderate hypertension were selected from community.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.Patients in the control group were treated with nifedipine,while in the experimental group were given ammonia oxygen nimodipine.Results:Both drugs can reduce blood pressure,however,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine besylate has more effective and safety in the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension.
