腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿及对卵巢功能的影响

Effect of laparoscopic surgery on ovarian cysts and ovarian function

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿以及对卵巢功能的影响。方法:收治卵巢囊肿患者115例,分析腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿的疗效。结果:患者手术前后黄体生成素差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢囊肿具有创伤小、出血少、腹腔干扰少、住院时间短、康复速度快、对输卵管以及卵巢功能损伤较小等优点。

Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on ovarian cysts and ovarian function.Methods:115patients with ovarian cysts were selected,and we analyzed the efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ovarian cysts.Results:There was significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone before and after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of ovarian cysts has the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,less interference,shorter hospitalization time,faster recovery,less damage to the fallopian tube and ovary.
