不同剂量孕激素应用在无排卵型月经失调治疗中的临床研究

Clinical study of different doses of progesterone in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders

目的:探讨不同剂量孕激素治疗无排卵型月经失调的效果。方法:收治无排卵型月经失调者120例,分为A组(100 mg/d)、B组(200 mg/d)、C组(300 mg/d)和D组(400 mg/d),比较组间治疗效果。结果:4组疗效相当,A组的子宫内膜厚度较其他组显著降低,且A组和B组的不良反应率显著低于C组和D组(P<0.05)。结论:无排卵型月经失调者采用不同剂量孕激素治疗的临床疗效相当,但最低剂量的不良反应率较低,该治疗方案具有较高应用价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of different doses of progesterone in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders.Methods:120patients with anovulatory menstrual disorders were selected.They were divided into A group(100mg/d),B group(200mg/d),C group(300mg/d)and D group(400mg/d).We compared the treatment effect among groups.Results:The efficacy of the four groups was comparable.Compared with other groups,the endometrial thickness of A group was lower,and the adverse reaction rates of A group and B group were significantly lower than the C group and D group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of different doses of progesterone in the treatment of anovulatory menstrual disorders was comparable,however,the adverse reaction rate of the lowest dose was lower,and the treatment had high application value.
