切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗急性脊柱创伤60例疗效观察

Clinical observation of open reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw in the treatment of 60 patients with acute spinal trauma

目的:探讨对急性脊柱创伤患者实施切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗的方法和临床效果。方法:收治急性脊柱创伤患者60例,随机平分成两组,对照组实施胸腰椎骨折前路内固定术治疗,观察组实施切开减压椎弓根内固定治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及脊神经功能恢复情况均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:椎体成形术治疗急性脊柱创伤患者疗效显著,且安全有效。

Objective:To investigate the method and clinical effect of open reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screw in the treatment of acute spinal trauma.Methods:60patients with acute spinal trauma were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.Patients in the control group were treated with anterior internal fixation,while patients in the observation group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with pedicle screws.The therapeutic effects of the two groups was observed.Results:Patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time and spinal nerve function recovery,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vertebroplasty in the treatment of acute spinal trauma patients has significant efficacy,with safe and effective.
