匹多莫德口服液辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of Pi do Maude oral liquid in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的:探讨匹多莫德口服液辅助治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:收治反复呼吸道感染患儿199例,对照组99例采用常规治疗,观察组100例则联合匹多莫德口服液治疗。结果:治疗后,对照组患者CD4+T、CD3+T、CD4+/CD8+T水平未明显改变,观察组各指标均较前提高(P<0.05);观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05)。结论:匹多莫德口服液可作为小儿反复呼吸道感染的重要辅助手段,能提高免疫力,疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Pi do maude oral liquid in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.Methods:199children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were selected.99cases of control group were given the routine treatment.The observation group of100cases combined with pidotimod oral liquid treatment.Results:After treatment,the CD4+T,CD3+T,CD4+/CD8+T levels of the control group were not changed significantly,but the observation group were significantly higher than before(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pi do Maude oral liquid can be used as an important supplementary means for children with recurrent respiratory tract infection.They can improve immunity,and curative effect is remarkable.
