无痛人工流产与药物流产的应用效果分析

Application effect of painless artificial abortion and medical abortion

目的:探讨无痛人工流产与药物流产的应用效果。方法:收治流产患者89例,分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用药物流产,观察组采用无痛人工流产,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为100.00%,显著优于对照组的88.64%(P<0.05)。结论:无痛人工流产可获得极高的流产率,有效减少流产后出血量,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application effect of painless artificial abortion and medical abortion.Methods:89patients with abortion were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given medical abortion.The observation group was given painless abortion.We compared the treatment effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the effective rate of100.00%was significantly better than88.64%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless artificial abortion can get high abortion rate,effectively reduce the amount of bleeding after abortion,and improve the quality of life of patients.
