摘要 目的:探讨超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉在上肢手术中的应用效果。方法:收治上肢手术患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,对照组采用传统解剖定位下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉,比较两组麻醉效果及并发症。结果:观察组麻醉操作时间、感觉阻滞起效时间明显短于对照组,感觉阻滞持续时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组麻醉优良率和并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:超声引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉用于上肢手术可提高麻醉效果,安全性较高。 Objective:To explore the application effect of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block in upper extremity surgery.Methods:70patients with upper extremity surgery were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block.The control group was given brachial plexus block with traditional anatomical location.We compared the anesthesia effect and complications of two groups.Results:In the observation group,anesthesia operation time,sensory block onset time were significantly shorter than the control group,and the duration of sensory block was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the observation group,the excellent rate of anesthesia and complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ultrasound-guided brachial plexus block in upper extremity surgery can improve the anesthetic effect,and the safety was high.
