摘要
目的:探讨基层医院运用生物、心理、社会医学模式的管理效果。方法:对应用这一理论模式治疗的患者进行系统回顾分析和比较。结果:17例患者中,有效16例(94.2%),无效1例(5.8%)。结论:通过这一理论模式的应用,不仅对医者提供一种思维模式,而且从患者的病因学角度来解决患者的疾病痛苦,从根本上来解决问题,还能够提高疗效,减少患者的医疗费用,降低在治疗过程中的药物不良反应。
Objective:To explore the management effect of biological,psychological and social medicine in primary hospital.Methods:The patients with this theoretical model treatment were given systematic review and comparison.Results:In17patients,16cases(94.2%)were effective,and1case(5.8%)was invalid.Conclusion:Through the application of this theoretical model not only provides a thinking mode for doctors,solves the disease pains of patients from the etiology of patients,fundamentally solve the problem,then can improve the efficacy,reduce the medical costs of the patients,reduce the drug adverse reaction during treatment.
