温针灸腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with warming acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar region jiaji point

目的:观察温针灸腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者80例,随机分对照组(西药治疗)及观察组(温针灸腰夹脊穴治疗)各40例,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.5%,生活质量总分为(88.42±1.37)分;对照组治疗总有效率为80.0%,生活质量总分为(77.55±1.35)分。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后视觉模拟评分、垂直向异常指数、症状功能评分相比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温针灸腰夹脊穴治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效确切,可显著改善患者的生活质量。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with warming acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar region jiaji point.Methods:80patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the control group(western medicine treatment)and the observation group(treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar region jiaji point),with40cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was92.5%,and the total score of life quality was(88.42±1.37);the total effective rate was80.0%in the control group,and the total score of life quality was(77.55±1.35);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference between groups in visual analogue scale,vertical abnormal indexand symptom function score after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming acupuncture and moxibustion at lumbar region jiaji point in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation has significant effect.It can significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
