摘要
目的:根据多层螺旋CT在支气管内膜结核诊断中的价值,总结支气管内膜结核64排螺旋CT的体现。方法:对40例经纤维支气管镜证实的支气管内膜结核患者进行多层螺旋CT扫描,根据多种影像后处理技术、分析影像学体现,对支气管管腔和管壁进行重点观察。结果:多层螺旋CT轴位和其三维重建图像可以明确显示支气管管腔表面不光滑、腔内结节状突起及管壁增厚、密度增加、僵直及钙化,轴位图可以将支气管管腔变窄、管腔表面不光滑、腔内结节状突起以及管壁增厚、密度增高、僵直和钙化。轴位图可以显示出肺内伴随表现。结论:64排螺旋CT扫描结合技术可以有效增加支气管结核诊断率。
Objective:According to the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of endobronchial tuberculosis,to summarize the manifestation of64row spiral CT in endobronchial tuberculosis.Methods:Multislice spiral CT scan was performed in40patients with endobronchial tuberculosis confirmed by fiberoptic bronchoscopy.According to the image processing technology and imaging analysis,the bronchial lumen and the wall were observed.Results:Multi slice spiral CT and3D reconstruction images could clearly display the bronchial lumen surface smooth,intracavitary nodular protrusions and the wall thickness,density,stiffness and calcification.The shaft could be a bitmap bronchial narrowing of the lumen;the luminal surface was not smooth;nodular protrusion and cavity wall thickness,density,stiffness and calcification showed clear.The axis bitmap could show the accompanying pulmonary manifestations.Conclusion:The results showed that the64CT scan combined with pulmonary manifestations could effectively increase the diagnostic rate of endobronchial tuberculosis.
