腰椎间盘突出患者行MRI与CT诊断的应用价值比较

Application value comparison of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨腰椎间盘突出症患者行CT诊断与MRI检查的应用价值。方法:收治腰椎间盘突出症患者50例,均行CT检查和MRI检查,比较诊断准确率。结果:两种检查手段的确诊率差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在腰椎间盘突出症患者临床诊断中,MRI诊断准确率明显优于CT。

Objective:To explore the application value of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:50patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were given CT and MRI examination.We compared the diagnostic accuracy.Results:There was significant difference of diagnosis rate between diagnostic methods(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation,the diagnostic accuracy rate of MRI was significantly better than CT.
