浅表器官疾病超声诊断的价值分析

The value of ultrasonography in diagnosis of superficial organ diseases

目的:分析探讨超声在浅表器官疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:收治浅表器官疾病患者78例,均实施超声诊断,将其诊断结果与最终病理诊断结果进行对照,计算其诊断不同类型疾病的准确率,并对其超声诊断图像进行评价。结果:78例浅表器官疾病患者中,经超声诊断确认74例,诊断正确率为94.87%,不同类型浅表器官疾病的诊断准确率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对其超声诊断图像进行评价,其优良率为98.72%。结论:超声对各类浅表器官疾病的诊断都有较高的准确性,有利于疾病的诊治。

Objective:To evaluate the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of superficial organ diseases.Methods:78patients with superficial organ diseases were selected.Ultrasound diagnosis was performed.The results were compared with the final pathological diagnosis.We calculated the accuracy of different types of diseases,and the ultrasonic diagnostic image was evaluated.Results:In78cases of superficial organ diseases,confirmed by ultrasound diagnosis in74cases,the diagnostic accuracy rate was94.87%,and there was no significant difference in diagnostic accuracy between different types of superficial organ diseases(P>0.05).The ultrasonic diagnostic images were evaluated,and the excellent and good rate was98.72%.Conclusion:Ultrasound has a high accuracy in the diagnosis of superficial organ diseases,which is beneficial to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
