综合护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者护理效果分析

Nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨综合护理干预对急性胰腺炎患者的护理效果。方法:收治急性胰腺炎患者100例,随机分成干预组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,干预组采用综合护理干预,比较两组护理效果。结果:在干预组,病情改善时间、总有效率和并发症发生率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组的精神健康、情感职能、生活能力、精力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可以明显提高急性胰腺炎患者的护理质量和临床疗效。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:100patients with acute pancreatitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,the control group was given routine care,the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,we compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the improvement time,the total effective rate and the complication rate were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the mental health,emotional function,life ability and energy score of the intervention group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of care and clinical efficacy of patients with acute pancreatitis.
