分娩球配合自由体位助产对初产妇疼痛程度、产程及分娩结局的影响研究

Influence study on the delivery ball combined with free position midwifery of primipara pain,birth process and delivery outcome

目的:探究分娩球配合自由体位助产对初产妇的疼痛、产程及分娩结局的影响。方法:收治初产妇128例,对比不同的分娩方式对分娩结局的影响。结果:试验组产妇的疼痛及其他各项指标评分、各产程时间均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组产妇的分娩结局均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在初产妇的分娩过程中,分娩球与自由体位助产的分娩方式可显著减轻产妇的疼痛感、缓解焦虑情绪,缩短各个产程的时间,有利于提高阴道分娩的成功率并减少产后出血量。

Objective:To explore the influence of the delivery ball combined with free position midwifery on primipara pain,birth process and delivery outcome.Methods:128cases of primiparas were selected.The influences of different delivery methods on delivery outcome were compared.Results:In the experimental group,the pain and other indicators scores,each birth process times of puerpera were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The delivery outcomes of puerpera in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of primipara delivery,the delivery mode of delivery ball combined with free position midwifery can significantly reduce the pain and anxiety of puerpera,shorten the birth process time.It is conducive to the success rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.
