连续性血液净化联合血液灌流治疗重症胰腺炎的护理

Nursing care of severe pancreatitis treated by continuous blood purification combined with hemoperfusion

目的:探讨连续性血液净化联合血液灌流治疗重症胰腺炎的护理。方法:收治重症胰腺炎患者38例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组护理满意度、临床治愈率、住院时间和生活质量均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在连续性血液净化联合血液灌流治疗重症胰腺炎中的应用效果显著。

Objective:To explore the nursing care of severe pancreatitis treated by continuous blood purification combined with hemoperfusion.Methods:38patients with severe pancreatitis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given high quality care.We compared the nursing effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,nursing satisfaction,clinical cure rate,hospitalization time and quality of life were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of high quality nursing for severe pancreatitis treated by continuous blood purification combined with hemoperfusion was significant.
