护理干预对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后康复的影响

Effect of nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery

目的:总结护理干预对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者临床护理的作用,对术后康复护理方法进行研究。方法:收治慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者80例,均为鼻内镜手术患者;平分为两组,对照组选用常规护理方式,观察组选用康复护理方式;对比两组患者护理效果及病症康复情况;评估两组患者的总有效率。结果:观察组总有效率为97.5%;对照组总有效率为82.5%;对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结合患者具体情况,采取优质护理干预措施,可进一步提高术后康复效果。

Objective:To summarize the effect of nursing intervention on the clinical nursing of patients with chronic nasal and nasal polyps,and to explore the methods of postoperative rehabilitation nursing.Methods:80cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were selected.All patients were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing.The two groups ofpatients with nursing effect and disease rehabilitation were compared,and the total effective rate of the two groups was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was97.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was82.5%,with significant statistically differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined with the specific circumstances of patients,to take high-quality nursing intervention measures can further improve the effect of postoperative rehabilitation.
