摘要
目的:总结60例肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的护理体会,包括一般护理、健康宣教、饮食护理、清除肠道积血、预防便秘、预防感染等护理措施。有效预防出血后继发肝性脑病,使患者形成健康、良好的生活习惯。
The nursing experiences of60cases of liver cirrhosis patients with esophageal and gastric varices bleeding are summarized,including general nursing,health education,diet nursing,clear intestinal bleeding,prevention of constipation,prevention of infection and other nursing measures.Effective prevention of secondary hepatic encephalopathy after hemorrhage makes patients to form healthy and good living habits.
