综合护理在小儿阑尾炎围手术期中临床价值分析

Analysis on the clinical value of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of pediatric appendicitis

目的:分析对小儿阑尾炎围手术期予以综合护理的临床效果及价值。方法:收治小儿阑尾炎围手术期患者60例,随机分两组。对照组予以常规护理进行干预,观察组予以综合护理进行干预,观察与比较临床疗效。结果:在予以不同的护理之后,观察组临床指标明显优于对照组,护理满意度比对照组高,且并发症的发生率明显比对照组低。经统计学分析,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于小儿阑尾炎的患者在围手术期予以综合护理,能够将并发症发生率降低,将护理满意度显著提升。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and value of comprehensive nursing care for children with appendicitis during perioperative period.Methods:60cases of pediatric appendicitis in perioperative period were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group received routine nursing intervention.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.We observed and compared the clinical efficacy.Results:After different nursing,the clinical indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group;nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group;the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of the control group;after statistical analysis,there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:For pediatric appendicitis patients in perioperative period,comprehensive care can reduce the incidence of complications,and the nursing satisfaction can significantly improved.
