综合护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用分析

Application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with type Ⅱ respiratory failure

目的:分析综合护理干预在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者中的应用。方法:收治患者慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者100例,分试验组和对照组,均接受常规护理措施,试验组患者同时给予综合护理干预,观察不同护理措施对疗效的影响。结果:和对照组患者相比,试验组患者治疗总有效率更占优势,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将综合护理干预应用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者治疗过程中,有利于增加治疗效果和患者对护理服务的满意度,效果显著。

Objective:To analyze the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡrespiratory failure.Methods:100patients with chronic experi mental pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡrespiratory failure were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the control group.They were all received routine nursing measures.Patients in the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.We observed the effect of different nursing measures on the curative effect.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was more dominant,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with typeⅡrespiratory failure in the course of treatment can help to increase the therapeutic effect and patients’satisfaction with the nursing service,and the effect is significant.
