In this paper,the author analyzed and discussed the nursing safety problems in the management of nursing staff in basic level hospitals,to carry out the training and education,to establish and perfect the management system.The management of nursing staff in primary hospital was the main content of nursing management in hospital.Strengthening management and training can avoid nursing safety problems,and provide patients with quality care services.Nurses should reduce nursing safety problems,improve the ability to deal with problems,improve professional quality,and the overall image of the primary hospital will be significantly improved.
