摘要
目的:探讨血液透析专科护士培养及新工作模式。方法:对血透专科护士进行培训,考核合格后分配至相关科室对患者进行护理,分析患者满意度。结果:培训专科护士的护理满意度显著高于未培训者(P<0.05)。结论:对血液透析专科护士合理培养,采用新型护理工作模式可增强护理质量,提升患者满意度。
Objective:To explore the training and new working mode of specialist nurse in hemodialysis.Methods:Specialist nurses in hemodialysis were given training.After passing the examination,they were assigned to the relevant departments for patient care.We analyzed patient satisfaction.Results:The nursing satisfaction for the training specialist nurses was significantly higher than the untrained nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable training for specialist nurses in hemodialysis and the use of new nursing model can enhance the quality of care and improve patient satisfaction.
