摘要
将多体动力学方法引入到细长结构冲击隔离系统的动力学设计,通过建立系统的冲击响应时域仿真模型,研究了此类结构冲击隔离系统的设计问题。分析了细长结构承受冲击载荷时截面弯矩产生的机理,进而提出了"惯性力与支撑刚度相匹配"适用于细长结构冲击隔离系统设计的设计原则和流程。最后多体动力学仿真结果表明,该设计原则能够有效地提高系统的冲击隔离效果。
In this article,the multibody dynamics method is introduced into the shock isolation systemdesign of the slender structure.A time-domain dynamic simulation model of the system is established toanalyze the mechanism of the bending moment of the slender structure under shock.Then the dynamicdesign principle and flow,inertial mass matched with support stiffness,is proposed to guide the dynamicdesign of shock isolation system.Dynamic simulation results show that the design principle is veryeffective in the dynamic design of shock isolation system.
