摘要
针对纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料热结构力学性能特点,基于Tsai-Wu强度准则,提出了一种适用于纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料热结构综合强度分析的三维实体型渐进损伤分析方法;基于ANSYS软件APDL语言完成了分析方法的程序开发和实现,并通过与文献经典算例及典型热结构强度试验结果的对比分析,验证了本文方法的合理性和正确性。研究结果表明:本文方法可有效分析和预示纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料热结构的承载能力和损伤失效形式,具有很高仿真分析精度,解决了力热综合条件下复杂热结构强度预示与渐进损伤分析评估技术难题。
Aiming at the mechanical property of fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites thermalstructure,basing on the Tsai-wu strength criterion,the integrated strengh and progressive damage analysisfor three dimensional solid model of fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites thermal structure wasproposed.The calculation program of the presented method was developed basing on the APDL of ANSYS.The correctness and rationality of the presented method was verified by comparing with classical model ofliterature and experimentation result of thermal Structures.The results show that the presented method iseffective and accurate on indicating the integrated strengh and damage of fiber reinforced ceramic matrixcomposites thermal structure,especially for complicated loads cases.
