摘要
基于航空制造企业零件"多品种、小批量"的生产现状,并面向企业未来新型/智能制造生产方式转化需求,针对零件成组制造知识系统的构建进行了研究。提出了零件成组制造知识系统的开发框架,研究了系统构建初期的零件分类、零件特征定义、零件特征编码、特征逻辑关系建立、基础工艺标准化以及系统应用逻辑和运行架构等方面内容。零件成组制造知识系统的开发不仅能够奠定未来生产方式转化所需的标准化的基础工艺数据和知识,还能提升型号产品工艺设计的效率。
Aiming at the transformation requirements of aviation enterprises on new and intellectualized productionmode in the future,and the production status of‘multi variety and small batch’,the design of the manufacturing knowledgesystem,that based on Group Technology is studied.The development frame is proposed,including types,character definitions,character codes,logical relations of characters of parts,and standardization of basic process,applied logic of system,the operational frame of system.The development of the system would not only provide the standardized datum andknowledge of basic process for the transformation of production mode in the future,but also boost the efficiency of processdesign of aviation parts.
