大株红景天注射液对冠心病心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical observation on treating heart failure of coronary heart disease with the Dazhu Hongjingtian injection

目的:观察大株红景天注射液治疗冠心病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选取60例冠心病心力衰竭的住院患者,按随机数字表分为对照组30例,常规给予基础治疗,红景天组30例,在常规治疗基础上加用大株红景天注射液,疗程为10d。分别观察患者治疗前后临床症状,进行NYHA心功能分级评定,及血浆脑钠肽(BNP)、心脏彩超左室射血分数(LVEF)的变化。结果:与治疗前相比,两组的心功能改善率及LVEF升高、BNP水平降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后红景天组患者的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合使用大株红景天注射液治疗因冠心病所致的心力衰竭临床疗效优于常规治疗。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Dazhu Hongjingtian injection on heart failure of coronary heart disease.Methods: 60 patients were divided into two groups, 30 cases for each. The control group was given the conventional treatment, and the Hongjingtian group was given the Dazhu Hongjingtian injection more, 10 days as a course. Clinical symptoms, LVEF, BNP and the NYHA in two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, NYHA and LVEF were higher, and BNP was decreased in two groups (P<0.05).Efficacy in the Hongjingtian group was better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Dazhu Hongjingtian injection on heart failure of coronary heart disease shows a good effect.
