针刺痔疮穴联合中药熏洗坐浴缓解老年肛肠术后疼痛的临床研究

Relieving pain in elderly after anorectal operation by the TCM therapy

目的:研究针刺痔疮穴联合中药熏洗坐浴治疗老年肛肠术后疼痛的临床效果。方法:选择我院138例行肛肠手术患者,采用随机对照研究,分为治疗组66例,对照组72例,治疗组采用针刺痔疮穴联合中药熏洗坐浴的治疗方法,对照组予常规药物进行治疗。两组共治疗7d,评价便后疼痛变化情况。结果:治疗组从治疗后第1天疼痛就明显减轻(62.12%),优于对照组(P<0.01),两组治疗院1个疗程后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:针刺痔疮穴联合中药熏洗坐浴治疗肛肠术后疼痛有较好的临床疗效。

Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of acupuncturing at Zhichuang point plus the TCM therapy of fumigating and washing on pain in elderly after anorectal operation. Methods: 138 patients were divided into two groups. 66 cases in the treatment group were acupunctured at Zhichuang point plus the TCM therapy of fumigating and washing; and 72 cases in the control group were given conventional medicine, 7 days as a course, and the degree of pain was evaluated. Results: After being hired, on day 1, the pain was significantly reduced in the treatment group (62.12%), better than that in the control group (P<0.01); in 1 course, efficiency in the treatment group was better (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncturing at Zhichuang point plus the TCM therapy of fumigating and washing on pain in elderly after anorectal operation shows a good effect.
