针刺结合脊柱微调手法治疗颈性眩晕临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating cervical vertigo by acupuncture plus spine manipulation

目的:研究针刺结合脊柱微调手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床效果。方法:本次选取的研究对象为2014年3月-2015年5月在我院进行治疗的颈性眩晕患者,将70例患者简单随机平均分为两组。一组患者实施常规针刺治疗(对照组),另一组采用针刺结合脊柱微调手法治疗(观察组)。对比两组颈性眩晕患者的临床症状评分和ADL评分。结果:观察组颈性眩晕患者的临床症状评分和ADL评分较对照组患者更胜一筹(P<0.05)。结论:对颈性眩晕患者使用针刺和脊柱微调手法联合治疗有利于患者临床症状和日常生活能力的改善,效果优越。

Objective: To study clinical effects of acupuncture plus spine manipulation on cervical vertigo. Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 35 cases in a group. A group took conventional acupuncture (the control group); another group took acupuncture plus spine manipulation (the observation group). Results: The clinical symptom score and ADL score in the observation group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of acupuncture and spine micromanipulation for cervical vertigo is beneficial to the improvement of clinical symptoms and daily living ability.
