拨针松解术配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

Effective observation on treating knee osteoarthritis by small needle scalpel plus the sodium hyaluronate injection

目的:观察拨针松解术配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机平均分为对照组和治疗组,治疗组45例采用拨针松解术配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗,对照组45例采用针刀松解术治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.6%;对照组总有效率为86.7%(P<0.05)。结论:拨针松解术配合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎安全有效,值得推广。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of small needle scalpel plus the sodium hyaluronate injection on KOA. Methods:90 patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given small needle scalpel treatment; the treatment group was given the sodium hyaluronate injection more. Results: Efficiency was 95.6% in the treatment group, and 86.7% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Small needle scalpel plus the sodium hyaluronate injection on KOA shows a good effect, and is worthy of promotion.
