益气温阳化瘀法治疗阳气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病54例观察

Treating 54 cases of diabetic nephropathy of the Yangqixu Xueyu type by the Yiqi Wenyang Huayu therapy

目的:观察益气温阳化瘀法治疗阳气虚血瘀型糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择108例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各54例,对照组予前列地尔注射液治疗;观察组在对照组基础上予益气温阳化瘀方治疗。结果:两组治疗后的血肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿微量白蛋白与治疗前组内比较,均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗后观察组血肌酐、尿素氮及24h尿微量白蛋白均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳化瘀法治疗糖尿病肾病可降低患者血肌酐、尿素氮及尿微量白蛋白水平,有效阻止或延缓糖尿病肾病的发展。

Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Yiqi Wenyang Huayu therapy on diabetic nephropathy of the Yangqixu Xueyu type. Methods: 108 patients were divided into two groups, 54 cases for each. The control group was given the Alprostadil injection;and the observation group was given the Yiqi Wenyang Huayu therapy more. Results: After treatment, serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24h urine microalbumin in two groups were improved (P<0.05); and those in the observation group were better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Yiqi Wenyang Huayu therapy on diabetic nephropathy of the Yangqixu Xueyu type can decrease serum creatinine, urea nitrogen and 24h urine microalbumin, show a good effect.
