化痰逐瘀汤联合丙戊酸钠片治疗癫痫全面性强直-阵挛发作的效果

Efficacy of the Huatan Zhuyu decoction plus sodium valproate tablets on epilepsy

目的:分析化痰逐瘀汤联合丙戊酸钠片治疗癫痫全面性强直-阵挛发作的效果。方法:回顾性选取本院2014年9月-2016年3月收治的139例癫痫患者临床资料,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组62例与观察组77例,前者给予丙戊酸钠片治疗,后者在对照组基础上加用化痰逐瘀汤治疗,对比两组治疗效果与生活质量评分。结果:观察组发作次数与临床表现计分降低程度优于对照组,且观察组总体生活质量评分为(65.82±4.39)分,高于对照组的(43.67±5.19)分,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰逐瘀汤联合丙戊酸钠片治疗癫痫全面性强直-阵挛效果显著,可提高生活质量,具有实用价值。

Objective: To analyze the effect of the Huatan Zhuyu decoction plus sodium valproate tablets on epilepsy. Methods:139 patients were divided into the control group (62 patients) and observation group (77 patients). The control group was given sodium valproate tablets; the other group received the Huatan Zhuyu decoction more. Results: The number of episodes and the score of clinical manifestations in the observation group were better than those in the control group; the total score of the quality of life was (65.82±4.39) in the observation group, higher than (43.67±5.19) in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Huatan Zhuyu decoction plus sodium valproate tablets significantly affected on epilepsy, improved the quality of life, and showed practical value.
