中医治疗66例老年风湿的临床疗效

Treating 66 cases of senile rheumatism in TCM

目的:观察中医治疗老年风湿的临床疗效。方法:将我院66例老年风湿患者随机分为两组(观察组和对照组),每组33例。观察组患者采用中医治疗,对照组患者采用西医治疗。观察并记录两组患者的临床效果与复发率。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组患者的66.67%(x^2=5.80,P<0.05);该组治疗后的复发率(12.12%)与对照组(36.36%)相比较低,差异显著(x2=5.28,P<0.05)。结论:对于老年风湿病患者而言,最佳的治疗方法是中医治疗。中医治疗能使患者尽快康复,还能对患者起到保健作用,有着重要的应用价值,因此值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of TCM therapies on senile rheumatism. Methods: 66 patients with rheumatism were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 33 cases in each. Patients in the observation group were treated by the TCM therapy. Results: The total efficiency was 90.91% in the observation group, significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group (x2 =5.80, P <0.05). The recurrence rate was 12.12% in the observation group and 36.36% in the control group (x2 = 5.28, P <0.05). Conclusion:For the elderly rheumatic patients, the best treatment is the TCM therapy, with the better rehabilitation.
