中西医结合治疗心肌梗死后慢性心力衰竭伴频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating CHF with frequent premature ventricular contraction after myocardial infarction in the integrative medicine

目的:对采取中西医结合治疗心肌梗死后慢性心力衰竭伴频发室性期前收缩的临床效果进行探析。方法:以我院收治的58例心梗后慢性心衰伴频发室性期前收缩患者作为本次研究对象,通过随机数字法将其分成中西组和常规组,每组29例。常规组单一应用西药治疗,在此基础上,中西组加用自拟中药方剂,连续治疗4周后,对两组临床治疗效果进行评价分析。结果:通过治疗后,中西组临床总有效率为93.1%,明显高于常规组的79.3%,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗中的不良反应发生率无显著差异,不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于心梗后慢性心衰伴频发室性期前收缩患者采取中西结合治疗的临床疗效更为确切,可有效改善病症,提高心功能,提升患者生活质量,具有重要的临床实践意义。

Objective: To explore clinical effects of the integrative medicine on chronic heart failure with frequent ventricular premature contraction after myocardial infarction. Methods: 58 patients were randomly divided into TW group and conventional group, 29 cases in each. In the conventional group, the western medicine was applied alone. More than that, TCM medicine prescriptions were added to the TW group. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency in the TW group was 93.1%, significantly higher than that in the conventional group (79.3%), P<0.05; the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine is more precise, which can improve the patients' symptoms, cardiac function and the quality of life.
