针刀合并玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝骨性关节炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of acupotomy plus sodium hyaluronate injection on knee osteoarthritis

目的:观察小针刀合并膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:对2014年5月-2015年3月收治的符合纳入标准的32例膝骨性关节炎患者采用针刀加关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗。先膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,每膝2.5m L/次,后采用针刀治疗,1次/周,5次为一个疗程。结果:小针刀疗法合并膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠对膝骨性关节炎有良好的效果。结论:针刀疗法合并膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠对膝骨性关节炎有效,能够改善临床症状,是治疗膝骨性关节炎的有效方法之一。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupotomy plus intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate on knee osteoarthritis. Methods: 32 patients were treated by acupotomy plus intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate. First, 2.5mL per knee, then were given acupotomy, 1 time per week, 5 times as a course. Results: Acupotomy plus intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate had good effects on knee osteoarthritis. Conclusion: Acupotomy plus intra-articular injection with sodium hyaluronate can improve clinical symptoms, and is one of the effective methods for treating knee osteoarthritis.
