彩色多普勒超声检查对肾癌疾病的诊断作用研究

Clinical effects of color doppler ultrasonography on diagnosing kidney cancer

目的:探析肾癌疾病诊断中彩色多普勒超声检查的运用价值。方法:选择肾脏良性占位病变和肾癌患者各25例为研究对象,分别行彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两种疾病检查结果。结果:两种疾病的超声声像特征和血流分布比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查在肾癌疾病诊断中具有较高的价值。

Objective: To analyze diagnose value of color doppler ultrasonography on kidney diseases. Methods: 25 patients with benign placeholder lesions of the kidney and 25 patients with kidney cancer were divided into two groups. Both groups were tested by color doppler ultrasonography respectively; diagnose results of different diseases were compared. Results: Difference of ultrasonographic characteristics and distribution of blood flow of two diseases was obvious (P<0.05). Conclusion: Color doppler ultrasonography has higher value on diagnosing kidney diseases.
