宫腔镜联合口服避孕药治疗子宫内膜息肉的疗效分析

An effective analysis of treating endometrial polyps by hysteroscopy plus contraceptive

目的:对子宫内膜息肉患者在行宫腔镜手术后应用口服避孕药屈螺酮炔雌醇片(优思明)以治疗及预防子宫内膜息肉复发的疗效进行分析。方法:将子宫内膜息肉患者128例随机分为两组,观察组68例,行子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术后口服优思明3个周期;对照组60例,行子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜手术后未予药物干预。随访6个月,观察两组患者月经恢复及子宫内膜息肉复发情况。结果:观察组月经改善的有效率为97.1%,高于对照组的86.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组子宫内膜息肉复发率为4.4%,低于对照组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜下子宫内膜息肉摘除术后联合应用优思明,可有效恢复正常月经,降低子宫内膜息肉复发率,且不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective: To analyze effects of hysteroscopy plus contraceptive (yasmin) on endometrial polyps. Methods: 128 cases were divided into two groups. The observation group (68 cases) was treated by hysteroscopy plus yasmin, for 3 months; the control group was given hysteroscopy only. Followed up 6 months, the recurrence of menstruation and the situation of endometrial polyps were observed. Results: The efficiency of menstrual improvement was 97.1% in the observation group, and higher than 86.7% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of endometrial polyp was 4.4% in the observation group, and lower than 16.7% in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Applying Yasmin after hysterosopic polyp surgery can restore menstruation, reduce the recurrence of endometrial polyps, with fewer adverse reactions, is worthy of popularization and application.
