中医药治疗心力衰竭机制研究进展

A review on mechanism of treating heart failure with TCM medicine

近年来随着慢性心力衰竭患病率和致死率的增加,中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的优势日渐被人们关注。而为了揭示中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭的现代机制及提高其治疗疗效,中医药治疗慢性心衰的机制研究也成为医者研究的热点。本文主要研究国内外中医药对慢性心衰的治疗机制文献,探讨中医药治疗心衰的现代治疗的可能靶点,为临床运用中医药提供参考。

In recent years, with the increase of the prevalence and death of chronic heart failure, the advantages of treating chronic heart failure in TCM are increasingly concerned by people. In order to reveal the modern mechanism and improve the therapeutic effects of TCM on chronic heart failure, the mechanism of treating chronic heart failure with became the focus of medical research. In this article,the therapeutic mechanism of treating chronic heart failure in TCM in domestic and overseas, and the possible target of modern therapy for treating heart failure with TCM medicine were researched, in order to provide reference for clinical application of TCM.
