中西医治疗腺性膀胱炎研究进展

A review on treating cystitis glandularis in the integrative medicine

腺性膀胱炎是一种特殊类型的膀胱移行上皮化生性和(或)增殖性病变,发病率较低。本病好发于女性,且成人和儿童均可发病,病因复杂,有发展为恶性肿瘤的可能。腺性膀胱炎以病因治疗为主,西医以抗感染及手术电切为主,中医辨证治疗也起到不可或缺的作用,中西医结合治疗正在发展之中,本文将对腺性膀胱炎的中西医治疗及认识进行系统综述,以期了解其研究进展。

Cystitis glandularis is a special type of epithelial metaplasia in bladder shift and (or) proliferative lesion; and the incidence rate is low. The disease can occurred in women, adults and children, and is a development of malignant tumors. The patients with cystitis glandularisis were given anti-infection and surgical cutting of western medicine and TCM. The treatment and understanding of the integrative medicine on cystitis glandularis were summarized, in order to understand its research progress.
