基层常见心血管疾病中西医结合诊疗路径推广模式的构建

临床路径以循证医学证据和指南为指导,最终起到规范医疗行为,减少变异,降低成本,提高质量的作用。我们根据国家中医药管理局颁布的"心血管常见疾病的中医临床路径",结合河南省基层医疗现状,制定适合我省基层应用的心血管常见疾病的中西医结合临床路径,本文总结其在郑州市金水区推广应用的经验方法,以期为促进中医药的基层应用发挥绵薄之力。
